  • Makefile: read data/version.txt when recompiling instead of when make
starts. "make setup recomp linux" with the update in games/ recompiled
the 1.1 code with the 1.0 tables, and later builds kept that broken C.
build/game-version records the version recompiled, so a change in
    data/ triggers a new recompile.
  • recomp: table.c records the CRC-32 of the code.bin it came from.
  • runtime: refuses to start with a different code.bin and says to run
make recomp, instead of crashing on an untranslated instruction.
  • Vsync and an OpenGL output: no more tearing
  • Windows: the window draws with OpenGL (SwapBuffers with a swap interval
of 1) instead of GDI, which has no vsync. Falls back to GDI without an
OpenGL driver (or with Windows' own software one).
  • Linux: SDL's renderer is created with vsync.
  • Options: --no-vsync, --smooth (bilinear scaling), --output gl|gdi
(Windows) or software (Linux). The log names the output in use.
  • Builds with the Zig on the PATH (or ZIG=) and bundles the same version:
the installed one for the host's platform, and for the other the official
    build from ziglang.org, or a folder given with ZIG_WINDOWS / ZIG_LINUX.
  • Fixed License link
  • Fixed README added gif
  • added animated png and icon png
